Mom, I Love School!

Repeated studies have confirmed that students thrive, learn more, and excel academically in the context of relationships. At Vantage Point Charter School, we strive to create a loving family/community atmosphere where each student feels greatly valued and cared for. Our focus is to provide a nurturing and safe learning environment where our students’ academic success, well-being, and happiness are our highest priorities.

Our WASC accredited individualized learning program provides a far greater opportunity for a meaningful relationship between the teacher and student/family than that of a traditional school setting. Our teachers meet individually with each student weekly and work closely with families to provide services unique to each student and family situation.

Our curriculum is individualized and centered around the student’s learning style, interests, unique talents, and with a rigorous focus on academic excellence. We strongly believe that every student can learn, and we work hard to set up each child for a high level of success. Our gifted students are provided enrichment and advanced courses, while extra one-on-one tutoring and intervention support are available to students who need more academic support.

We have a multitude of options to choose from, including online courses. For high school students, we can meet your needs whether you are seeking accelerated credits or credit recovery.

Our credentialed teachers are passionate, dedicated, and deeply committed to our shared vision of providing a highly quality education for our students in a loving environment. Students often tell us that they love school “because of the teachers!”
