REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS/PROPOSALS INSPECTOR OF RECORD and LAB OF RECORD

The Penn Valley Union Elementary School District (District) is requesting;

Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) for the following:

Inspector of Record and Lab of Record Services For:

Modernization of Facilities and New Construction of Solar Arrays

RFQs must be received electronically via email by 2:00 P.M. on July 7th, 2025, to the following recipients, after which time the RFQs will be opened and reviewed by the District:

Melissa Conley, Superintendent, Penn Valley Union Elementary School District mconley@pvuesd.org, jordankohler@nevco.org, heatherquiggle@nevco.org,

All RFQs shall be in the format as described and provided by the District. Each RFQ must conform and be responsive to all questions and requests for information. Submittals received after the deadline will not be considered.

RFQ/P documents are available for review on the District website at: https://www.pvuesd.org/

The District shall select the firm, if at all, based on the criteria delineated in the RFQ/P.
