Dear Vantage Point Families,
I am honored and excited to introduce myself as the new Principal of Vantage Point Charter School.
Education has been my life's work for more than 20 years, and I have been fortunate to serve students, families, and educators in a variety of roles—including classroom teacher, instructional coach, superintendent, principal, and, most recently, Director of Student Support Services for the Penn Valley Union Elementary School District.
Throughout my career, my greatest passion has been building schools where every student feels safe, known, challenged, and valued. I believe strong relationships are the foundation of student success, and I look forward to partnering with each of you as we support the unique strengths and needs of every learner at Vantage Point.
As many of you know, Vantage Point serves students in a personalized and flexible learning environment. I am committed to preserving the qualities that make Vantage Point special while continuing to strengthen academic excellence, student support systems, and meaningful family partnerships.
This year, my focus will be on:
Building strong relationships with students, families, and staff
Supporting student achievement and individual growth
Creating a positive, welcoming school culture
Maintaining open and transparent communication
Working together to help every student reach their potential
I truly believe that the best schools are built through partnership. My door is always open, and I encourage you to reach out, introduce yourself, and share your hopes for your child and our school community.
